Pleasant flat in the heart of the historic centre in an area served by clubs, shops, supermarkets and all kinds of amenities. The air-conditioned property (the service is paid) is located on the first floor of a small building and consists of two communicating rooms, a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom. There is also a laundry room on the ground floor and a courtyard for shared use. The location is also optimal for those arriving by train as it is only a 5-minute walk from the railway station and bus station, from which all connections to the city and the suburbs depart. It is very close to the main square and to all the places of major cultural interest, such as the Civic Museums with its splendid collection of Renaissance majolica and Giovanni Bellini's Altarpiece with the Coronation of the Virgin, an absolute masterpiece of the Italian Renaissance; Casa Rossini; the Cathedral with its mosaics; Palazzo Perticari Signoretti, restored to its original splendour after 10 years of renovation; the Synagogue and much more. The seaside area is also easily accessible from the historic centre. Here we find the splendid ‘Palla di Pomodoro’ (Tomato Ball), now a symbol of the city, and the Villino Ruggeri, one of the most outstanding examples of Art Nouveau. In addition to the monuments, the waterfront is full of restaurants and bars of all kinds ready to satisfy the needs of visitors. During the summer months, many bathing establishments stay open until late in the evening offering dinners and musical events. One of the most eagerly awaited evenings is 10 August, the night of the shooting stars, when the entire coastline is lit only by candles and people dine on the beach in white dresses!
