A delightful large studio apartment with attention to every detail, located in the heart of the city's historic centre, a 5-minute walk from the seafront promenade and the places of greatest cultural interest. It is very close to the main square and to all the places of major cultural interest, such as the Musei Civici with its splendid collection of Renaissance majolica and Giovanni Bellini's Altarpiece of the Coronation of the Virgin, an absolute masterpiece of the Italian Renaissance; Casa Rossini; the Cathedral with its mosaics; Palazzo Perticari Signoretti, which has returned to its original splendour after 10 years of renovation; the Synagogue and much more. The seaside area is also easily accessible from the historic centre. Here we find the splendid ‘Palla di Pomodoro’ (Tomato Ball), now a symbol of the city, and the Villino Ruggeri, one of the most outstanding examples of Art Nouveau. In addition to the monuments, the promenade is full of restaurants and bars of all kinds ready to satisfy the needs of visitors. During the summer months, many bathing establishments stay open until late in the evening offering dinners and musical events. One of the most eagerly awaited evenings is 10 August, the night of the shooting stars, where all the kilometres of coastline are lit only by candlelight.
